The eight-unit Albacore apartment complex offers a communal swimming pool and BBQ facilities in the pool area.

The unit comprises a massive open plan living room opening onto a large partially covered east facing entertaining area with water views, a large fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and television, a second bathroom with bath and shower together with a separate toilet.
The large Lounge Dining area and Master Bedroom open through sliding doors to the east facing Harwood Avenue side of the building. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds with both bedrooms opening to a west facing balcony on the Ondine Close side of the building.
Two secure car spaces are available below the apartment block from the Ondine Close entrance with lift access to the unit from the car park. The beach can be accessed from the unit’s Harwood Avenue balcony entertaining area.
